NSC 2012 Spring Convention, MAR 23/24, 2012.
Registration: ON LINE REGISTRATIONS FOR THE SPRING CONVENTION IS NOW OPEN.
Click on MARKETPLACE/REGISTRATION on this site. Registration for the weekend is $40 per member, $35 for guests, $15 per session at the door with Military and under 18 at no charge.
YOU MUST HAVE AN ALL EVENTS REGISTRATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONVENTION AGENDA.
USE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO PAY ON LINE THROUGH PAYPAL. A PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS NOT REQUIRED.
REGISTRATION BADGES & TICKETS WILL BE GIVEN OUT AT THE CONVENTION HOTEL; NOTHING WILL BE MAILED.
HOW TO REGISTER: Click on March Spring Convention Registration & Tickets. This will bring up all the information about registration. Click on the “add to cart” registration that you require, member or guest. The next screen will be “Create Convention Registration”. Complete this form and go to bottom of page. Click on “Add to Cart”. This should bring up a review of what you have just ordered. If another registration is required, click on “Continue Shopping” and it will take you again to the catalog screen. Follow the instruction above and click on “Preview”. If no other registration is required, click on “Preview” to review your order. If the order is correct, click on “Checkout”. Customer information will be the next screen. Complete the form and go to the bottom of the screen. The credit card information on this screen is just for show. No credit card action here. Click “Review Order”. If the order is correct. Click “Submit Order”. This is the screen that will complete your order. If you have a Pay Pal account and want to pay this way, put in your password and complete the registration. If you do not have Pay Pal account, or you do not want to use it, click on “Don’t Have a Pay Pal Account”. The next screen allows you to pay with credit card. Fill in the information required. Go to bottom of screen and press “Review and Continue”. Follow the instruction and you are registered. To PRINT these Instructions: Highlight these instruction, on your keyboard, hold the control key and P at the same time and press enter. When the print screen comes up, click on selection and you can send this to your printer to follow as you register and pay for the registration. Bill Clegg
IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE WITH THE CREDIT CARD NOT TAKING A NUMBER, AND IT IS A DIFFERENT CARD THAN WAS USED AT THE LAST CONVENTION, THE OLD NUMBER IS STORED IN YOUR COMPUTER AND NEEDS TO BE CLEARED BEFORE THE NEW NUMBER CAN BE USED. CLEAR ALL COOKIES FROM YOUR COMPUTER AND IT WILL THEN TAKE THE NEW NUMBER. PER PAYPAL. BILL CLEGG
Housing:
The Bordeaux Hotel and Conference Center, site of our Spring Contest and Convention, is now taking room reservations for our event.
Please call 910-323-0111, ONLY, to reserve. Tell them you are with the “BHS” event starting Mar. 23 (they will also recognize “barbershop”, “barbershopper”, “Carolinas barbershop”, and the like.
King rooms are available from Mar. 22; you can reserve double rooms from Friday, Mar. 23. Our rate is $95/night, plus taxes. THE DEADLINE FOR RESERVATIONS AT OUR SPECIAL RATE IS FRIDAY MAR 2.

Suites from $120 to $140/night are available (3 two room Suites; 5 Jr. Suites. All rooms have free WiFi, and a micro-refrigerator. The hotel offers a complementary shuttle to within 3 miles. Cafe Bordeaux restaurant for breakfast and lunch; Wiley's Grille and Bar for sports, and a casual or intimate dinner.
NSC DISTRICT SPRING 2012 CONVENTION PROGRAM ADS:
The Program for the NSC District Spring 2012 Convention, being held Mar. 23/24, 2012 at the Holiday Inn Bordeaux Hotel and Conference Center, Fayetteville, NC, will be seen and taken home by 600 or so barbershoppers from across NC and SC, along with their families, friends, guests, local attendees, etc. The Program is a great way to advertise your annual chapter show, your quartet, etc.
The Program will be the usual 4.25”W by 11”H.
A Full Page Ad, accounting for margins, will be 3.5”W by 10.25”H.

A Half Page Ad, accounting for margins, will be 3.5”W by 5”H: $75.00
